For a payment of 27d which Reginald de Baddel' gave him by charter, and which William the baker and the heirs of Renfred the smith used to pay Reginald for 10 acres of land lying in 'Schittringeden'', beside the king's highway. For this the priory has paid 20s. Made before clergy and laity in the priory's capital court. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
