An annual payment of 22d in Chart, of which Eudo of Yardhurst used to pay 12d for lands held from Brice, the heirs of Walter of Upton ('Uphamtun'') 6d for lands at Upton, and Philip the red 4d for lands held from Brice in East Chart. For an annual payment at Chart court of 1d. Made at the priory's capital court at Canterbury. For this the priory has paid 12s 4d as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
