Addressed to his bishops, earls, thanes, sheriffs and other subjects, French and English, in the shires in which Archbishop Baldwin and the cathedral priory have lands. He has granted to the archbishop and priory their lands and liberties as held under Henry II and his predecesors. This should not be disturbed. Given by the hand of William de longo campo, chancellor. Seal Bag 4 was formerly used for this document. Given at Geddington [Northamptonshire].
