He withdraws from the dispute between him and the cathedral priory, its farmers, villeins ('colonus') and tenants ('inquilinus') in Cliffe parish concerning tithes for meadows at 'Redhamme', 'brok' and Westcliffe, for a marsh in Cliffe and for their pasture at 'Strippenholt'. Also concerning other related tithes. Also concerning a watermill and a windmill. His predecessors, Richard de Walingford and Richard de Stratford, had similar disputes concerning tithes. Sealed also with the seal of the Dean of the Arches.
Given at London.

Endorsed with descriptions in late 13th cent hands. Tithes described as for the sheepfolds at Cliffe.
