He withdraws from his dispute against the cathedral priory and its villeins ('colonus') and tenants ('inquilinus') in Cliffe parish. Concerning tithes in Cliffe and the rebuilding of a house in the parish of St Mary-le-Bow, as detailed. A tithe dispute between Mgr Richard de Walingeford, his predecessor at Cliffe, and the priory was settled by a composition. Sealed also with the seal of the official of the Court of Canterbury, now missing.

Endorsed with descriptions in contemporary and late 13th cent hands. Tithes described as for the sheepfolds at Cliffe.
