He withdraws from his dispute against the cathedral priory and its villeins ('colonus') and tenants ('inquilinus') in Cliffe parish. Concerning tithes in Cliffe and the rebuilding of a house in the parish of St Mary-le-Bow, as detailed. A tithe dispute between Mgr Richard de Walingeford, his predecessor at Cliffe, and the priory was settled by a composition. Sealed also with the seal of the official of the Court of Canterbury, now missing. Given at London.
