Relates to dispute between 'Dominus' Philip de Wilebi, rector of Cliffe, and the cathedral priory, its farmers, villeins ('colonus') and tenants ('inquilinus'). Philip is claiming tithes for 'Redhamme' meadow, a meadow at Westcliffe, a marsh in Cliffe parish, 'Strippenholt' pastureland, a watermill, a windmill and animals grazing on the marshes. Interlineations. Account of outcome of dispute. References to compositions made by Mgr Richard de Walingford and Mgr Richard de Stratford, former rectors of Cliffe. No date.
