A marsh in Cliffe parish called 'dyggesmersshe' containing 12 acres and 4 dayworks. Lying with the mill pond to east, the lands of Canterbury and Rochester cathedral priories to west, the land of the heirs of John Sulman to south-west, the land of Thomas Priour to south, and the lands called 'le Milflete' and 'le comen' to north. The late Richard digges, esq, granted them this land. The donors appoint John Deane and John langley as their proctors to enter the marsh and expel all occupants and farmers, and to deliver seisin. 29 Oct.
