An annual payment of 10d payable by Robert the merchant son of Alexander of Luddenham to the priory treasury. From the payment which Robert owed him for ½ acre in the priory's holding of Copton at 'stanfeld'. Lying with 'des Berghes de Davinton'' to north, the land which was of Alexander de scaleres' to east, and the land of Richard de stanifeld to west. For an annual payment of 1d at the priory treasury. Made and recorded in the priory's capital court at Canterbury. For this the priory has paid 6s as a gersum fine.
