Relates to raising a tax from religious houses and clergy for the maintenance of Peter, cardinal-priest of St Praxed's, and Bertrand, cardinal-deacon of St Mary's in Aquiro, papal nuntios, sent by Pope Benedict XII in 1338 to promote peace between France and England.
