| Description | Party: Henry Dean, prior of Llanthony Priory, Gloucestershire Party: William Sellyng, I, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory; the convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory
The prior and convent of Llanthony have ordained that they will pray for the good estate of Archbishop Thomas [Bouchier] during his life, for his soul after his death, for the souls of William Bouchier ('Bourgchier' [count of Eu]) and Lady Anne [Plantagenet], countess of Stafford, his parents, who are buried at Llanthony, and for the soul of Prior Henry after his death. This is in recognition for the archbishop's generosity towards the priory, in particular for obtaining the union between the priory and Llanthony Prima in Wales. Details of commemorations and of mass to be called 'Bourgchiers masse'. As a security for saying the mass, the priory is obliged to pay a penalty to Canterbury Cathedral Priory. The third part of the indenture to be kept by the archbishop.
