Of an inspeximus by William Reynolds, archbishop of Canterbury, dated at Canterbury on 4 Jan 1322, recited, of a charter by Henry [of Eastry], prior, and the chapter of the cathedral priory, dated in the chapter house on 16 Feb 1320, recited. The priory has granted to 6 priests, serving in Blessed Mary's chapel in the almonry, 2 liveries called Lanfranc's liveries, and 4 further liveries when they become vacant. The priests will say mass for the king and his children, and for the souls of Edward [I], Archbishops Lanfranc and Robert Winchelsey, the other archbishops, themselves and their successors, and benefactors past and future.
