At his request, Henry of Eastry, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory, and the chapter, through 2 named proctors, have granted permission for his consecration to take place outside Canterbury. Clause outlining the cathedral priory's rights relating to suffragan bishops as established by Archbishops Thomas Becket and Edmund of Abingdon. He does not intend to prejudice the cathedral priory. Given at St Mary de Pratis Abbey, Leicester [Leciestershire].
