Given in both languages. Addressed to his bishops, earls, thanes, sheriffs and other subjects, English and French, in shires in which Archbishop Theobald and the cathedral priory hold land. Ordering that the priory should hold its lands and liberties as it did under Edward the Confessor, William I and Henry I. No date. [Date: presence of 'dei gratia' clause.
