'longfeld' and 11 acres lie next to 'le Stone', and 100 ewes and 3 rams, price 16d each, and a marsh called 'Frenschemersche', with 18½ acres of arable land, of which 5 acres lie in 'longfeld'' and 2½ acres lis in a place called in the field called 'att Boye' next to 'longfeld'' and 11 acres lie next to 'le Stone', and 100 ewes and 4 rams, price 16d each, from the priory. For a term of 7 years. For an annual payment of £5 with the tithe ('decima'), payable as specified in the priory's manor of Cliffe.
