For a term of 7 years. for an annual payment of £10, payable as specified. Conditions on repairs and maintaining the marsh. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears. No date [1471x1494]. [Date: the prior is presumably either William Pettham, I, or William Sellyng, I.]

John, Thomas, John and John have received a marsh called 'Risshemersshe' [in Cliffe at Hoo], 100 ewes price 16d each and 4 acres of arable land form the priory. For a term of 5 years. For an annual payment of 66 8d with the tithe, payable as specified in the priory's manor of Cliffe. Condition on maintaining the marsh. No date [late 15th century].
