Large area of text lost or illegible. part of property description and several witnesses' names supplied from registered versions.] An annual payment of 3½d free rent, payable by Walter de Aggestoke for 1½ acres of land [in Chartham] lying next to the king's highway which goes from Cranbrook to Canterbury. The grant is made to the use of the poor in the priory's almonry. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Chartham charters.]
