| Description | From: Constance who was the wife of the late Baldwin atte Boor To: William Lane of Canterbury
[Document damaged. Several small areas of text lost or illegible]. Her estate in 5 acres of land which she had of Baldwin's gift, lying in St Martin next Canterbury parish in a field called 'Crouchefeld'' with the king's highway to west and the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to east, north and south. For an annual payment of 13 bushels of palm-barley, payable as specified to Constance for the term of her life. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears, penalty of 6s 8d payable if the distraint is refused or redeemed. Given at Canterbury.
