Names of parties, property description and names of most witnesses supplied from registered versions.] An annual payment of 46d free rent in the suburb of Canterbury. Payable by the priory's almoner, the priory's treasurer and Jordan the saucer ('salsarius'). Payable as specified for the messuage of Peter the miller ('molendinarius') outside Northgate near the bar, lying with the land of Jordan the saucer which was of Kenward to south and the house where Arnold de elemosinaria lives to north, the land of Godfrey Shitequil at 'Froxepole' under the city wall, lands and tenements in 'thrutintun' which are of the holding ('tenementum') of St Martin, and the messuage of William the weaver ('textor') which was of John the carpenter ('carpentarius') near the bar, for which Jordan pays the priory another 6d by the charter of Cecilia daughter of Walter Boes. For an annual payment of 9½d payable in the name of William and Denise to the warden ('custos') of Colton and an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified to William and Denise in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 2 marks as a gersum fine.
