All their lands and tenements in the parishes of Charing, Egerton and Lenham. If Thomas and Henry, or one of them, survives, Robert, Richard, John and Walter shall re-enfeoff him or them with the lands. If Thomas and Henry die, Robert, Richard, John and Walter may sell, as quickly as possible, 3 pieces of land, meadow and wood of the lands, namely a piece called 'Heghefeld' with an adjoining parcel of wood called 'le kernet', another piece of land called 'Welhammysmeed'' and a third piece of wood called 'Welhammeswode'. Robert, Richard, John and Walter may also sell 5 pieces of the land, of which one is called 'Sedenoresmeed'' with 3 virgates of meadow adjoining, the second piece is called 'Aktoneston'', the third lies next to the tenement of Hugh Kyng', which Hugh holds at farm and the fouth piece is called 'Katerinewelle'. Robert, Richard, John and Walter are to use they money they receive for the souls of Thomas and Henry, their father and mother, their brother and sister ('soror'') and all their ancestors ('parens') and friends. If Thomas and Henry die, Robert, Richard, John and Walter shall enfeoff Joan, their mother, in the lands, except those which are to be sold. After Joan's death, the lands shall revert to the right heirs of Thomas and Henry.
