The whole of the land of Braon ('Bern') son of Cocalm, namely Terenurr ('Tirinver') and the other land called Kimmage ('Cheming') [both in Rathfranham parish, Co Dublin], which Braon bought of Braon ('Bern') son of Colman. For the service of a tenth part of a knight's fee. No date. [Date: after the King's first visit to the northern Midlands following the conquest of Ireland and the introduction of the Dei gratia clause, and before the promotion of John of Oxford, dean of Salisbury as bishop of Norwich (2 Nov 1175).
