William is to deliver seisin to John Tiece, citizen of Canterbury, and Cecilia, his wife, of all messuages, lands, tenements, rents and services which Richard had of the gift of Valentine atte Pathe, clerk, and John de Scherbourne in the city of Canterbury and within the liberty of the same city, in accordance with Richard's charter to John and Cecilia.
