For an annual payment of 27d, payable as specified to Matilda and Beatrix and Constance, her sisters. Matilda also confirms the grant which Reginald made of the land to the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory for a light and other necessary uses for the altars of St Dunstan and St Alphege.
