A piece of land [in Canterbury] at the end of Milo's curtillage, lying with the land of the heirs of William calvel to north and the land which was of John suetman upon which Samson the chaplain ('capellanus') placed his building to south, 40 feet wide and 27 feet long. For an annual payment of 2d, payable as specified. Made and recorded at the hundred court of Worthgate. For this John and Mary have also paid ½ a mark as a gersum fine. No date.
