A messuage outside Burgate [in Canterbury], lying with Richard's messuage to south, the messuage which was of Aaron to north, the land which was of Roger de sartrino to east and the king's highway to west. For an annual payment of ½d as a quit-rent ('forgabulum'), payable as specified. Made and recorded at the hundred court of Burgate. For this Richard and Wimarc have also paid 1 mark as a gersum fine.
