Their land next to St James's Hospital [Canterbury] which Osborn the priest ('presbiter') of Thannington bought of St Sepulchre's Priory and held of it and gave to St Thomas in alms. Reserving an annual payment of 3s, payable as specified, which St Sepulchre's Priory had from Osborn. The grant is made to St Thomas the martyr. No date.
