½ an acre of land lying at Dodingdale [in Canterbury] in the field called 'Northbynne' with the land of the heirs of John Terrici of Burgate [in Canterbury] to east, the land which was of Richard and Henry, his brother, to west and north and the land of William de Stopesdone to south. For annual payments of 5d to Thomas Chiche and ½d as a quit-rent ('forgabulum') to Richard, both payable as specified. For this John and Hugh have paid 50s as a gersum fine. Dated 10EdwI, no month.
