4 acres of land which Roger de Colist', the priory's brother and benefactor, granted to it and St Thomas Becket in pure and perpetual alms and confirmed by his charter with the will and consent of 'Dominus' William de luvetot. [Roger de Colistune's charter shows that the land is at Darnall, Yorkshire.] 1 acre lies next to the lands of Roger and Robert, another in 'morchfurlang'', the third in 'Wetfurlang'' and the fourth in 'berthfurlang''. For an annual payment of 12d, payable as specified. Robert of Darnall is to hold the lands as freely and quietly as Roger de Colist' granted them to the priory. No date. [Date: Herlewin's dates.]
