Alfled has given the priory her land and houses on condition that she will stay there for life. After her death Manwine and his sons may have the land for an annual payment of 12d. When Alfled dies, her body will be carried to the cathedral and received and buried honourably by the monks and the land will revert to them. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
