Registered in St Mary Breadman section.] A messuage with houses and curtilages within the city of Canterbury which he had of the gift of the late 'Dominus' Edmund [Crouchback], son of the late king, Henry III, which Aaron son of Vives the Jew, had held of Edmund. For an annual payment of a rose as a quit-rent ('forgabulum'), payable as specified on the same tenement. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters. Edmund Crouchback died 5 Jun 1296.]
