For a payment of 12d payable by the priory for the tenement which William cokin holds of it by Robert de herdford nephew of Nicholas de hereford, for which 12d the priory quitclaimed to her for 12d which she owes it of those 13d which were owed to Camilia de Shetting'. So that in future Lettice will pay the priory 1d for the Camilia.

Witnesses: William, alderman of Westgate [ward, Canterbury]; Robert polre; William de castello; John de dittunne; Robert the clerk, servant ('serviens') of the treasury; Richer, servant ('serviens') of the treasury

Endorsed with description, giving Robert [de herdford]'s name as Robert of Westgate, [rural] dean ('decanus') [of Canterbury?], and 'Cantuar'' in late 13th cent hands.
