A piece of land [in Canterbury] lying with the land which was of Wimund le Mercer to west, 18 feet long, 10 feet wide on the west side ('pars') and 16 feet wide of the east side. For an annual payment of 12d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury. For this the priory has also paid 2½ marks as a gersum fine. Hugh's part of indenture. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
