The priory has pardoned Alan 14d of an annual payment of 26d, payable at the altar of Christ for land which he holds of Winedei butercluncc ('cognomentus butercluncc'), lying near St George's church [Canterbury], in exchange for land lying behind the priory's bakehouse between the wall of the city and the wall of the priory's courtyard which he has granted the priory for the 14d. In future Alan will pay the priory an annual payment of 12d for the land he holds of Winedei and the remaining 14d is remitted. No date. [Date: as in Urry, cited below.]
