The cathedral priory is bound to pay Minster Priory an annual payment of 44½d for 3 houses ('mansura') in Canterbury, formerly payable to Bernerus the steward ('dapifer') and Leviva ('Liviva'), his wife. Payable as specified for the land of Everard the Fleming ('Flandrensis') which was of Colhoppa, which Norman the plumber ('plumbarius') now holds and for which he pays the cathedral priory 3s, a house in 'baggeberi' which Nicholas de elemosinaria now holds and for which he pays the cathedral priory 23s, and payable to Liviva for the land of John son of Mary which Golduard scoche holds and for which he pays the cathedral priory 4s ½d. Which land Minster Priory should acquit in all things against the archbishop [of Canterbury]'s court of Westgate with the neighbouring land which Hugh de bracino holds of the nuns. Leviva, with the consent of Hugh, her brother, and the heirs of Bernerus, granted the payment to Minster Priory when her daughter was made a nun there. Leviva, with the consent of the heirs, has quiclaimed to the priory for the 3 houses, of which she holds 2 of it and it holds the third of her, reserving the payment, for which the nuns should send to Canterbury when it is due.
