[Document slightly damaged. Two witnesses' names partly supplied from registered versions.] All his lands in the city of Canterbury. For annual payments of 4s to the alderman of Westgate and 1d to the heirs of Roger the glover ('cirotecarius') for the same land, 8d to the heirs of William of Shelford [in Hackington], 13d to the priory's almoner and 2d to John Slupe. The grant is made for the souls of himself and his wife and their parents. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]

Witnesses: Richard the steward ('senescallus'); John the porter ('portarius'); Roger the marshal ('marescallus'); Jordan the saucer ('Salsarius'); Reginald the porter ('porrtarius'); Gilbert de Aula; Columbinus the clerk; Arnold the bedel ('bedellus')

Endorsed with description, showing that the lands are in Holy Cross Westgate parish, in mid and late 13th cent handsand note of registration in late 13th cent hand.
