2 acres and 3 virgates of land in St Sepulchre's parish, the 2 acres lying with the land of Mgr Roger of Wye to east, the priory's land called 'Thyvesaker'' to west, the king's highway to north and the land of the nuns of St Sepulchre's Priory to south, and the 3 virgates lying with Roger's land to west, a lane which leads to 'Dodyndale' to east, the nuns' land to south and the king's highway to north. For a term of 7 years. For an annual payment of 6s 8d, payable as specified. Right of distraint in Nicholas's tenement in St Sepulchre's parish. Conditions on alienating or carrying anything from the land. The lease is made with the consent of the prior and convent. Priory's part of indenture.
