A messuage in the parishes of St Michael [Burgate] and St Mary Queengate ('queningate'), Canterbury, lying with the messuage of the rector of Queengate to north, the messuage of John of Lewes to south, the king's highway called 'quenyngatestrete' to east and the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to west. For this Bertram has paid £10 as a gersum fine. [Dating clause and witness list omitted.] No date. [Date: handwriting and other charters concerning Bertram de Twitham.]
