A messuage with buildings in Canterbury lying in St Mary Queengate parish ('Quenyggate') with the king's highway to east, the wall of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to west, the tenement of the rector of Queengate to south and the priory's tenement to north. Christina and John, her son, also quitclaim to John Haket for the messuage. For this John Haket has paid 43s 4d as a gersum fine.
