A piece of land in Queengate parish ('Quenyngate') [in Canterbury], lying with the priory's land to east and north and the land of the almoner ('Elemosinar'') of St Augustine's Abbey [Canterbury] to south. For this the priory has received them into all alms, prayers and other benefits of its house. Dated 55HenIII, no month.
