Description	From: Joan who was the wife of William Frymentil To: Robert Hope of Westgate next Canterbury Joan has granted Geoffrey atte Park of Canterbury, smith ('Ferour'), the estate which she had for the term of her life in a messuage in St Laurence's Street ('vicum Sancti laurencii') in St Paul's parish in the suburb of Canterbury, for an annual payment of 4s, payable to her as specified for the term of her life. Joan quitclaims to Robert for the payment of 4s and her right in the messuage. Endorsed with description in 15th cent hand.
