To: Robert Polayn of Canterbury
A tenement in St Pete's parish, Canterbury, lying with the tenement of Richard Maysing to north and west, Robert's tenement to east and the king's highway to south, which tenement fell to William by inheritance after the death of Richard ydenne, his father. Dated 3 Oct 1425 at Canterbury.

To: William Champneys of Willesborough ('Wyvelysberghe')
A messuage with a workshop ('opella')adjoining in St Peter's parish, Canterbury, lying with the messuage of William Ikham to north and west, the messuage of Robert Polayn to east and the king's highway to south. John is to pay William £6 2s 8d as specified and if he fails to do so the charter will remain in full force. Dated 9 Mar 1424 at Canterbury.
