The friars' enclosure ('ambitus') contains divers tenements of the priory's fee for which the friars owe a payment of 4s 6¼d, payable as specified, namely the tenement which was of Samuel the dyer ('tinctor'), the tenement late of Beringer in 'Wytht', Beringer's tenement in 'Ottemed', the tenement late of Serona de Boctone, the rent of Wibert [I], late prior of the cathedral priory, next 'Ottowell'', and the tenement of Stephen son of Lewin Samuel'. The priory has quitclaimed to the friars for all arrears owed for the tenements. The friars, by their proctors, will pay the priory an annual payment of 3s as specified in its treasury, for the tenements. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. Priory's part of indenture.
