A plot of land, now fallow and inhabited ('frisca et inhabitata'), which he can no longer hold because of the burden of the rent and because of the arrears he owes the priory. The land lies in 'Baggeberi' in the suburb of Canterbury in St Mary Northgate parish with John's land to west and the priory's land to north, east and south, which plot of land he held of the priory at fee farm from year to year.
