A plot of land, now fallow and inhabited ('frisca et inhabitata'), which he can no longer hold because of the burden of the rent and because of the arrears he owes the priory. The land lies in 'Baggebery' in the suburb of Canterbury in St Mary Northgate parish with the king's highway to south, the land of Lettice atte Fermerye to north, the priory's land to east and the land of Walter atte Pette to west, which plot of land he held of the priory at fee farm from year to year.
