4 acres of land lying separately in Bekesbourne parish ('Lythyngesbourne') in a place called 'la Newlond'', of which 3 acres lie with the land which was of John de Bourne to east and the land of Thomas de Northyngton' to west and 1 acre lies with the land which was of the said John de Bourne to north and the land of the Simon Trencheles and the said Henry to south. For an annual payment of 12 bushels of palm-barley, payable as specified at Henry's house at Patrixbourne. Right of distraint if payment in arrears.
