Lying between the land of William the clerk and the land of Gilbert ferthing and the land once of William the miller, and between the lands of St Mary [presumably of Bocking church] and Nicholas the carter ('carucar'') and Osbert's lands. With the fences and ditches between that land and William the clerk's lands and Osbert's lands. For this William has paid 8 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
