His messuage at 'Hoke' in 'Northinton'' parish. With 17½ acres at 'Hoke', lying with the land which the priory had bought from him to north, the priory's wood to east, the barony of 'Kingestune' to south, and the land of William the fuller and the tenement of 'Knoldene' to west. Also an annual payment of 9s 6d. Of this, the priory used to pay 2s 6d for 12 acres at 'Hoke' lying with William's land to west, the land of William the doctor ('medicus') to north, and the land of Alfred of Gore and Nicholas de Ildinghes to east. William the doctor used to pay 3s 6d for 7 acres at 'Bromekere', and Adam de Richemund 3s 6d for 7 acres beside 'Frithegge'. For an annual payment of 1d. Made at the 'capitalis curia' of the priory at Canterbury. For this the priory has paid 16 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
