A portion of the messuage which was once of Alfred of Gore. Henry bought the portion from Maurice, Alfred's son. Together with a piece 5 perches by 1 perch from the droveway that lies with the land of John Athard to west, and the furthest portion of land which the priory held from Alured to east. In exchange for a portion of land below Henry's curtilage, for a lane from that land to the road below John's curtilage, and for 6s 4d received from Thomas, reeve of Adisham, on the instructions of Brother Gregory, [?manor] warden.
