Concerning their respective lands, shipping rights on the river of Sandwich to the channel ('fletum') of Minster, and maritime customs there and in Sandwich port. Also concerning rights in the abbey's lands in Thanet and in Northbourne. Also clauses relating to clerks rejected by both houses for admission as monks, and monks who have run away from either house. Also conditions for visits to one house by the head of the other. Further clauses concerning relations between the houses. In cases of future disputes between the houses, each house shall choose 2 monks from the other to come to a settlement. Dated 1242, no month.
