Permitting them to grant to the cathedral priory lands to the annual value of £10 in Canterbury and its suburbs, Fordwich, Northbourne, Littlebourne, Swalecliff and Brookland. The priory should grant in exchange lands of the same value in Canterbury and its suburbs, and in the vills of Monkton, Eastry, Mongeham, Ickham and Seasalter. Sent patent. By privy seal writ.
