Details of an agreement made on 3 Dec betweeen the monasteries concerning their respective lands, rents and rights, and relations between the monasteries. Gives account of the settlement process which involved as arbitrators John de Eastria and Lambert de Clive, priory monks, William Breton, prior, and William de Heleya, monk, from the abbey, Henry de Cokeryng, abbey treasurer, and Walter de Chilyndenne, subprior of the priory. After their deaths, William Breton was replaced by Roger of Littlebourne and Lambert by Geoffrey of Chilham. Relates to property in Canterbury, including in Burgate, in St Michael's Burgate, St Mildred's and St Paul's parishes, beside the Synagogue and the gaol, and in Nackington. Also in Sturry and in Fordwich. Details of property given. Other issues include shipping at Sandwich port, and burial of the dead within the monasteries.
